* Clarification: In general, the mission has faced obstacles in verifying effectively the number of victims in the conflict zones. The mission was able in some cases to verify the authenticity of some of the incidents only partially. The mission also received, without being able to validate it, reports reported the occurrence of large numbers of victims, along with an unknown number of people who died as a result of side effects of the violence after fleeing their homes because of their exposure to conditions such as lack of water, food, medicines and health care . For these reasons, it should be regarded as the figures presented here as an absolute minimum. (It was not possible for the mission to get the outcome of the numbers of casualties among civilians for the month of Anbar Health Directorate).
